RASGA O MEU CORAÇÃO!!!


Rasga o meu coração, que sangre um pouco.
Hoje, Deus chama-me à conversão.
É tão fácil fingir, parecer...
Hoje Deus convida-me à verdade,
a destruir a mentira, a contradição
entre o que digo e o que faço.
Hoje, Deus desafia-me a ser verdadeiro,
nas minhas palavras, mas sobretudo nos meus actos.
Vem, transforma a minha vida,
a minha maneira de olhar os outros.
Um pouco mais de amor no olhar,
um pouco mais de caridade nos meus propósitos,
um pouco mais de partilha com os meus irmãos.
Não apenas aqueles que no seu corpo
estão transidos de frio ou morrem de fome,
mas os outros, todos os outros:
os ignorados, os abandonados, os sem-nome.
Eu, que posso fazer por eles
nestes dias de penitência e de oração?
Rasga o meu coração, e então talvez
compreenderei um pouco melhor
o apelo, o grito dos que estão próximos de mim
e que não escuto.
